Enrollment Process

We understand that choosing child care is an important decision, and we’re here to make the enrollment process as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The first step is to schedule a visit, where we’ll have the opportunity to get to know one another. During this time, we’ll talk about your family’s needs, values, and goals for your child, as well as share more about our program and philosophy. You’ll also receive a tour of the space and a copy of our Parent Handbook.

We encourage families to take time reviewing the handbook and program policies, as it provides a comprehensive overview of everything you need to know about Foundations Family Childcare. If any questions come up along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help.

Foundations Family Childcare follows a local school district calendar, with closures for Spring Break, Summer Break, Thanksgiving Break, and Winter Break. This schedule is a great fit for families who work within the school system or those who have flexibility during these times.

If you choose to enroll, all required forms and documents will be provided electronically through Brightwheel. All enrollment paperwork must be completed prior to your child’s first day of care, as we are unable to begin care without these items.
